The periods of stay of the Business Administration Visa are 5 years, 3 years, 1 year, 4 months or 3 months now. One year quite often is granted for the first time if the Minister of Justice approved the application, but this might change also. Plus, the longest period granted might be shortened too. Those are speculations, but some amendments will occur as of October for sure.
