There is a process posted in “Services” in my website to obtain Certificate of Eligibility for student visa and eventually go to a school, but the process goes as follows if you wish to come to Japan as a missionary:
1. Obtain Certificate of Eligibility in your country.
2. Go to the Japanese Embassy in your district and apply for a Religious Activities Visa.
3. Come to Japan. Your Residence Card will be issued once you are admitted into Japan.
4. Start evangelizing.
