A company or a shop might wish to hire someone who has worked under permission for activities other than that permitted under the current status as full-time. If that person’s job performance is excellent, the company or the shop might give that person a managing position.
If the managing position is under consideration, the company or the shop must be careful with the visa to apply for that prospective full-time staff.
A managing position could mean administration. If the prospective full-time staff eventually receives an Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Service visa and engages in the administration of the company or the shop, it is an activity other than that permitted under Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa.
On the other hand, the managing position could mean the leader of sales department staff without engaging the administration of the company or the shop.
If the prospective staff will engage in the administration, please apply for a Business Administration Visa. On the other hand, if that person does not engage in the administration, please apply for an appropriate visa and emphasize that the applicant will not engage in the administration despite the job title in the statement of reason for employment.
